Alexey's role at Coinspaid Dev combines technology leadership with the organisational work required to support a large engineering company. His experience includes structuring specialised engineering teams, establishing architecture and governance processes, developing solution architecture capabilities, and modernising engineering and quality assurance practices.
Before taking leadership of Coinspaid Dev, Alexey served as CTO and Deputy CTO for Engineering at CoinsPaid, giving him direct experience with the technology and infrastructure requirements behind large-scale digital asset payment systems.
At Coinspaid Dev, this experience helps create an environment where architecture, security, delivery and operational requirements are treated as connected parts of the same engineering system. The objective is to give engineering teams the structure and technical foundations they need to solve difficult infrastructure problems while maintaining the reliability and security expected from systems supporting financial transactions.
